This months focus is massage - please bring essential oils to share and a towel, any size. Any Charts, Posters or Books would be very welcomed! We will be exploring massage with the use of essential oils (feet, hands etc.)
To help create a good ambience a relaxation exercise will begin this months workshop.
Please bring packed lunch and pillow.

Geography Group - 'Our World'

Due to many requests we will return to the original workshop as it was cancelled due to illness soooo:

Choose a place in this Country or from anywhere around the world that you have visited or would like to visit and present this place at this months Geography Workshop in what ever way you wish. (If equipment needed I could try to get some, please ask.) Bring Maps, Photo's, Video recordings, Books, Postcards, Food, Clothes, Textiles, Objects etc. or whatever you choose and chat about your choice of place.
Please bring Packed Lunch.
